John Roberts joined the Board in August 2004. Mr. Roberts served as Global Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 until his retirement in June 2002. From 1994 to 1998, John Roberts served as Chief Operating Officer of Coopers & Lybrand, which merged with Price Waterhouse in 1998.
