John is the Vice President of Operations at Ametros, overseeing Ametros’ core operations, which includes the growing Member Services department. John is integral in continuing to streamline Ametros’ operations and deliver unrivaled customer care as the company scales rapidly.
Prior to Ametros, John was in the United States Navy where he was
deployed three times to the Middle East and Southeast Asia and led helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle units where he accumulated over 2,000 flight hours. He led units of several dozen military and civilian personnel and was also responsible for multi-million dollar budgets. John received his Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, his MBA from Harvard Business School, and his Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
