Mr. Ng has more than 19 years of corporate finance and business management experience. Previously, he was a senior corporate finance and strategic planning executive of Hutchison Port Holdings, the world’s largest container terminal operator and a key division of Hutchison Whampoa. Prior to that, Mr. Ng was with the Investment Banking division of
Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong, and in financial advisory team of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, where he focused on the company valuation and financial instruments.
Mr. Ng received his BA in Business Administration and MA in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development. Mr. Ng is a CFA charter-holder and a CPA.
