John Newlin is a Senior Manager with Accenture’s Credit organization and leads Accenture’s Residential Mortgage and Consumer Lending Consulting Practice for North America. He brings solid and deep experience in the areas of digital transformation planning and execution, operating model design and operations re-engineering, roadmap and business case
creation, business process outsourcing, and technology selection and implementation.
He has worked with many of the top 20 lenders and servicers, as well as several regional lenders across the U.S. and Canada. His current focus is on addressing the critical issues facing the retail lending industry, including the end-to-end lending life-cycle challenges in sales, loan fulfillment, servicing and default management.
