He has several years of experience in major accounting firms in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has also been involved in general management roles with U.K. IT&C service companies. He serves as a Director of Avega Systems, Inc, Xelor Software, Inc., Threatmetrix, Inc., and Viator, Inc. He served as a Director of Emotiv Systems, Inc. and ManageSoft Corporation.
