John Miniotis has over 12 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on M&A, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. Prior to joining AuRico Metals, John was Senior Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Lundin Mining, where he played a key role in successfully executing various
acquisitions valued over $2 billion, and was also responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to that he worked in mining equity research at Wellington West Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, and began his career in the Corporate Development group at Barrick Gold. Mr. Miniotis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto.
