John was promoted into his current role after serving as our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining BlackHawk, John was Vice President of North American Operations where he was responsible for supply chain, logistics and inventory management for a $1.5 billion electric utilities material distribution business subsidiary of Anixter, Inc. He also
spent over 10 years with HD Supply where he served in various leadership roles as a Vice-President and General Manager. John earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a member of several industry associations and an Army veteran.
