John F. Kramer was elected vice president - corporate development in November 2007. Before joining RPM, Mr. Kramer was senior corporate counsel with The Sherwin-Williams Company where he was employed for more than 11 years and held a variety of legal positions. Prior, he was an associate with a Cleveland-based law firm.
Mr. Kramer earned his
juris doctor degree in 1990 from The Ohio State University College of Law and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Georgetown University in 1986.
Mr. Kramer is a past member of the board of trustees of Concern for Children, Inc. and remains active with the non-profit organization. He is a vice president and a member of the board of directors of the Greater Cleveland International Lawyers Association. He resides in Brecksville, Ohio with his wife, Ellen, and their three children.
