Hogan is the Senior Managing Director of Technology. He served as Broadridge’s President from 2007 until September 2013 and as our Chief Operating Officer from 2007 until September 2012. Prior to the spin-off, Hogan served as Group President of the Brokerage Services Group of ADP and as a member of the Executive Committee and a Corporate Officer
of ADP, positions he held since June 1996. In this role, he shared the responsibility of running the Brokerage Services Group with Daly and was directly responsible for our Securities Processing Solutions and Clearing and Outsourcing Solutions businesses. He joined ADP in 1993 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the Proxy Services business.
