John Halinski, President of Raloid Corp, has over 35 years in leadership and strategic management. He is also a Partner at S&R Investments, LLC. In addition to his impressive professional experience, John is also a proud, retired Marine who served his country for over 24 years. During his military time, he focused on counterterrorism, infantry,
and intelligence. John Halinski's most notable accomplishments include serving as the Representative to Africa and Italy on behalf of the TSA, TSA Lead for the 2006 Winter Olympics, and Representative for the 2006 American evacuation of Lebanon. His experience in high-stress situations has made him a veteran in leadership, strategic management, and execution.
Over the 10 year span of his career, John was crucial in the design and implementation of the TSA’s response to a variety of security incidents around the world. From 2008-2012, all TSA operations and administrative activities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East were directed by John Halinski.
John believes in the power of knowledge and has made education a priority in his life. He has taken every opportunity to excel in his educational endeavors possible, and he believes the wisdom gained through study is applicable to a myriad of pursuits. He holds his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, and he obtained a Masters of Science in Counterterrorism and International Affairs from National Intelligence Agency.
