John Gavin has served as one of our directors since March 2010. From January 2007 to June 2008, Gavin served as Chief Financial Officer of BladeLogic, Inc., a provider of data center automation software, which was acquired by BMC Software, Inc.
Prior to joining BladeLogic, Gavin served as the Chief Financial Officer for NaviSite, Inc., a
provider of information technology hosting, outsourcing and professional services, from April 2004 through January 2007.
Gavin has served on the board of directors of Cimpress N.V. (formerly known as Vistaprint, Inc.) since 2006, Qlik Technologies, Inc. since February 2010 and Varonis Systems, Inc. since 2013.
