John Facella has over 30 years in the wireless industry, including 28 years working for both Motorola and Harris. He was a 10 year member of the International Assoc. of Chiefs of Police Communications Committee and the International Assoc. of Fire Chiefs Communications Committee. He currently serves on the NPSTC Broadband EMS Working Group, and the
National Fire Protection Association 1221 and 1802 committees. He has a BSEE from Georgia Tech, an MBA in marketing from Georgia State University, is a registered professional engineer in the U.S., and a Chartered Engineer in the UK. He is a life member of the IEEE, and is a Fellow and VP of the Radio Club of America. He also has 30 years of experience as a part-time fire fighter and EMT, has served in 4 states, and has numerous certifications.
