John is responsible for directing the sales and marketing efforts for Wilmington Trust’s Corporate Trust services in the western United States. These services include Bond Trustee , Escrow and Paying Agent services in connection with bond financings, and Merger & Acquisition activity for both corporations and municipalities.
John has more than
two decades of experience in the Corporate Trust industry. He has worked with many of the most acquisitive corporations in the U.S and the largest cities, counties, and districts in California on a wide variety of complex transactions. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2011, John served in various Corporate Trust capacities at State Street Bank, Harris Bank, and Wells Fargo.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
