Mr. Crawford has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations management, corporate financial management, banking and public company investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. His most recent experience includes being the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Surgis, Inc., an ambulatory surgery center and
surgical services company. Prior to that he served as president and CEO of New Light Imaging Partners LLC, an outpatient imaging center developer and held senior level management positions at Iasis Healthcare Corporation and Phycor, Inc. Mr. Crawford is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he earned his undergraduate degree in accounting.
