John Molina serves as Director for Catalina Sea Ranch LLC. John is Chief Financial Officer of Molina Health Care, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company. As CFO, John oversees all financial activity including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, treasury and actuarial functions. In addition, he is responsible for executing Molina's
expansion efforts by overseeing the company's business development, mergers, and acquisition program, during which time the Company has grown to have health plans in nine states, serving over 1.4 million Medicaid beneficiaries.
John serves on the boards of several organizations including the Aquarium of the Pacific, Long Beach Community Foundation, Long Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, and the California State University Foundation.
John received his B.A. in Economics from California State University, Long Beach where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California School of Law in Los Angeles.
