John joined VIMAC in 1989. He has 15 years of venture experience and has lead and participated in over 60 rounds of venture financing. In 1992, John orchestrated the transition of VIMAC from a Swiss backed institution to its present day organization with a core of U.S. and Canadian investors. He provides legal guidance to the Fund relative to
investment transactions and securities, and participates in an active role on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies. In addition, John oversees the partnership procedure necessary to execute the investments by individual technology investors connected to VIMACÕs proprietary network across U.S. and Canada.
