John Bee’s steadfast respect for the law serves as the foundation of his legal practice. With a diverse litigation and appellate case portfolio, John builds on this foundation with experience and an appreciation for what is at stake for each individual client, regardless of the size or complexity of the issue. As both a litigator and appellate
counsel, John has the benefit of approaching every case with dual insight. He maintains both a broad understanding of the big picture of a case, and knowledge regarding discrete issues and legal arguments that can ultimately dictate the final outcome of a matter. John has experience at every level of the judicial system in Pennsylvania, including arbitrations, Magisterial District Court hearings, and proceedings before the Court of Common Pleas, the Commonwealth Court, the Superior Court and the PA Supreme Court. John is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
