As Airbiquity's CFO, Mr. Atherly is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations.
Prior to 2008, he served as CFO for both eMagin Corporation and Click2learn, Inc. Throughout his career, Mr. Atherly has raised more than $200 million in financing for his companies. He has extensive experience
in mergers and acquisitions, having completed transactions with a cumulative value of more than $100 million. In 2004, he completed the merger between Click2learn and their primary competitor Docent, Inc. to form SumTotal Systems, Inc.
He holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington.
