Mr. Edwardson was Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDW Corporation, a provider of technology solutions until December 31, 2012. From 2001 to 2011 he served
as CDW's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining CDW, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Burns International Services Corporation (a security company) from 1999 to 2000 and as a Director (1994–1998), President (1994–1998) and Chief Operating Officer (1995–1998) of UAL Corporation and United Airlines. Prior to UAL Corporation and United Airlines, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ameritech Corporation. He is currently on the Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation, the University of Chicago Art Institute, ACE Limited and is a member of the board of other professional and civic organizations.
