Johan Meyer is the founder of Wallettec.
Johan started his career in software development in 1999. During the initial stage of his career, he gained substantial experience in the banking and financial service industry at Merrill Lynch, Bank of England, Standard Bank and First National Bank. He then switched to telephony at Intec Telecom Systems
and in 2004 decided to dedicate his focus to the mobile and banking industry. Since then he has participated in large mobile solutions for MTV, Sony, Aljazeera, Blinko and various mobile banking systems in Africa and the USA.
