Johan Frick is a 32 year old IT Manager at NIBE for 10 years, NIBE currently employs over 11000 people in 50 countries with a turnover of over 12 billion SEK. NIBE was around 1800 people when Johan started his mission to future proof NIBE in the never ending growth.

At NIBE Johan has developed the IT from just providing IT for the Swedish companies to provide worldwide IT services for the group. Johan had previously provided IT consultancy for several smaller organisations in his own consultancy company. In the little spare time from NIBE, Johan currently developed and sells agriculture M2M, internet of things devices to modern farmers through his consultancy company.
