Mr. Johan De Schepper is currently employed at Gemma Frisius Fonds N.V. in the position of Portfolio Manager. Nowadays Mr. De Schepper through his company w.exp. provides business advice to start-up companies. From August 2002, he assists K.U.Leuven R&D on a part-time basis with the specific task to offer hands-on support and advice to manage
the start-up and growth phase of spin-off companies. Over the last 17 years he has held various positions within the Amylum Group, a multinational company active in the agro-business. During this period, he held final responsibility on group level for sales and marketing, regional operations management and integrated supply chain management. Mr. De Schepper holds a degree in organizational psychology.
