Johan Buyle (1967) obtained a master in Applied Economic Sciences
at the University of Antwerp and has over 20 years of experience
in various aspects of finance and private equity.
He originally started his career in retail- and
corporate banking at Generale Bank/Fortis Bank.
But as from the nineties he has been involved in
transactional operations,
as a senior manager Acquisition Finance at Fortis Bank,
and during several years as an investment manager at
AlpInvest/Taros Capital and at Fortis Private Equity.
Since 2008 Johan is an independent advisor and
has been involved in various projects for family owned businesses,
investors and corporate finance boutiques.
He is a director in a number of companies
and is also managing director of Cramo Finance
(financing company of the listed Scandinavian multinational Cramo).
