Joe Sousa, president of the Latin America region, leads the commercial and selling activities in Mexico, Central and South America. He is responsible for growing market share and leading our business operations in Latin America.
Joe joined Rockwell Automation in 1988 as a sales engineer and has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in
our Global Sales and Marketing organization. Prior to his current role, Joe was regional vice president, Western Region, North America Sales; he was responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the Western U.S., which was comprised of six districts. He has also served as district manager for the Northeast District; Boston team lead; and New England branch manager.
In his time with Rockwell Automation, Joe has excelled at building high-performance teams, developing leaders, and strong sales execution.
Joe has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, both from the University of Rhode Island.
