Joe Fleming has a MSc degree in Electronic Engineering from the De Montfort University. After graduating, he joined industry for 7 years and then pursued a PhD at the university of Warwick. He then joined the WMG Electrochemical group, researching methods for in-situ instrumentation of smart energy devices. Currently working as the Lead Engineer at
