Joe Antonacci is Senior Vice President of Training and Employee Development for MiraMed, and as such oversees all training and employee development functions.
With more than 25 years of collection agency, medical collection, BPO and call center based customer care experience; Mr. Antonacci provides proven leadership in all facets of employee
development. He has designed, developed and delivered world class employee instruction in call centers around the globe during his extensive and successful career.
Antonacci’s experience in operations, training, sales and employee development make him an ideal leader to further enhance MiraMed’s worldwide reputation for excellence in these key areas.
Mr. Antonacci holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from William Paterson University and is an active member of the American Collectors’ Association.
