Jodi Weintraub is responsible for Phobio's people strategy, and ensuring it aligns with Phobio's strategy for growth. She focuses on understanding how key talent practices can differentiate an organization and achieve business goals, and has a long history of working with early stage technology companies, helping to scale the
organizations for growth. Jodi designs contemporary and sustainable employee programs that impact employee engagement. Jodi started her career at EY and Deloitte, and held the senior HR position at the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Organizing Committee, BellSouth.net, and RockTenn (now WestRock). She led the global HR strategy to help the iXL internet consultancy grow from 400 to 3,000 people in under three years. Most recently she led the HR strategy for global FinTech company Vesta Corporation. Mid-career, Jodi took a break from HR to lead several professional services firms in growing their Atlanta practice P&Ls, including RGP (spun off from Deloitte), North Highland Consulting, and RSM (formerly McGladrey). She has an undergraduate degree in marketing from Stetson University in Florida, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Georgia.
