Jochi is the Chief Legal Officer for ANV. Before joining the ANV team, he was the General Counsel, Underwriting Counsel and Compliance Officer for HCC Global International. In addition to being responsible for all compliance and regulatory matters and the drafting of policy forms in multiple jurisdictions, Jochi was the lead on HCC group tax and
merger initiatives for their international operations. Jochi is a Spanish lawyer with Business Administration studies. He has worked in some of the most reputable international law firms such as Cuatrecasas (Madrid, Barcelona, New York), Loyens (Amsterdam) and Cravath, Swaine & Moore (New York). During those years he specialized in Tax and M&A for international cross-border transactions for corporations and individuals. Jochi is fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan and French.
