Joanne Appleton serves as Strategic Advisor, Personalized Care & Lived Experience Systems at WhisperQuake. She is a physical therapist by background, Joanne has had a varied career in the UK’s health, education and VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise) sectors. For the last decade she has had first-hand experience of
implementing transformation programs within the NHS at system and regional level in Primary and Community services, working closely with providers to create sustainable improvement.
She is an experienced executive coach and facilitator working with leaders and teams and uses Clean Language where possible to create the best possible outcomes. Joanne’s passion is bringing people from different backgrounds or organizations together to find common purpose and to appreciate how building on their individual strengths and differences can enable positive change to happen.
