Jo Natauri is Founder and Managing Partner of Invidia. She was partner and global head of private healthcare and investing at Goldman Sacks, and lead investor of Goldman Sacks’ Launch With GS, a $500 million initiative to reduce the gender gap in investing. Jo began her career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank. In 2006, Goldman Sacks hired
Jo as a VP, she advanced to managing director in 2008 and partner in 2012. Jo received the Red Door Community honor in 2023; and in 2021, Safe Horizon presented her with the “Champion” honor. A fierce advocate for survivors of violence and abuse, Jo sits on the Safe Horizon board. She is also a board member of Flywire. Jo earned her BA from the University of Virginia in Economics and Biology. She merged her passion for medicine and business to pursue a career in the business side of healthcare.
