In December 2012 Jo Devery joined the Winning Group as Chief Buying and Merchandise Officer. Prior to this Jo has held senior management roles for Australian and UK leading retailers both locally and internationally, including Big W (Woolworths), Mamas & Papas, Myer, Kmart (Coles Group) and Pacific Brands.
Jo's experience includes
product sourcing and merchandise management with a strong focus on Greenfield setup and change management, based both in Australia and Asia. With over 18 years of retail experience managing teams across Product Development, Sourcing, Buying and Demand, Jo oversees the buying and merchandise strategy for the Winning Group.
