Tuttle directed corporate and field office management activities at Howard Needles Tammen & Bergendoff (HNTB) Corporation, one of the world’s leading architectural and engineering firms. She possesses wide-ranging technical expertise in program and construction management, financial management, accounting, public involvement, and process administration. Ms. Tuttle works extensively with A/E firms and public agencies. She is an experienced trainer, highly skilled in providing sessions in finance, accounting, and business operations for A/E and construction firms, as well as small businesses.
