Jim is currently a Director of Strategy and Investments at Tencent where he finds and invests in great companies across various tech industries including internet and mobile, entertainment, travel, e-commerce, wearables and big data globally. He was previously on the operating side with Riot Games, a fast growing gaming start-up as Head of
eCommerce & BD in China. He started his career with Morgan Stanley and PAG Capital, an Asian PE fund. He has particular interest in helping international startups work out their Asian market entry strategy as well as helping Asian start-ups grow internationally, which typically involves advising on fund raising, hiring the right people and BD.
