Jim Stephens, after nearly 40 years in the Engineering and Maintenance industry, founded FleetCare International. Mr. Stephens developed many unique predictive maintenance programs that reduced customer’s maintenance costs by over $10 million. His career has included work for governments, municipalities, and companies in North and South America,
Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. He has a reputation for judicious use of resources and resulting cost containment. Mr.. Stephens’s work has been instrumental in providing an inspection regimen for Honda (USA), and Volvo/White Trucks (USA) Mr.. Stephens has participated on panels and in study groups for Alternative Fuels. He was recently featured in an article in the Modesto Bee and The Epoch Times. Mr. Stephens has an MSC in Mechanical Engineering, He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Mr. Stephens is a Rotarian, travels, and is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations.
