Based in New York, Jim is responsible for managing AOL Platform’s global Human Resources department. He provides counsel to the executive leadership team in all areas of HR, including talent management, performance management, organizational development, leadership development, total rewards and employee relations. Jim joined AOL in 2012 and is
committed to attracting, cultivating and retaining the top talent in the ad tech industry. Prior to AOL, he spent nine years at American Express, working in various roles including business advisor for global business groups and as part of the company’s Executive Recruiting and Global Campus Recruiting team.
Earlier in his career, Jim was active in the executive search industry, working for a number of retained search firms. Jim lives in Sleepy Hollow, New York, with his wife, Lisa, and two children, Scarlett and Iggy. He is a dedicated soccer fan and religiously follows Tottenham Hotspur. He holds a BA in History from Brunel University in London.
