Tickets.com (coming out of Bill Gross’s IdeaLab!), where he was responsible for the roll-up in the ticketing industry before Tickets.com's IPO. Along the way, time was also spent at The Walt Disney Company and running ticketing and IT nationwide for one of the largest auto racing promoters. Jim also has a successful consulting practice where he has worked for many leading companies and startups, most recently before focusing on wine, for 3 years at Intel in their software division
