Jim Berry is the Managing Member of RRB Development, LLC., where Jim works with property owners to maximize the potential of their land and asset positions by providing outsourced development and construction management services for property owners with limited management capacity or without an in-house development team. Investors, developers,
builders and lenders rely on RRB Development’s extensive experience to help manage their due diligence, entitlement, development and construction management needs rather than having to build and retain an in-house staff of professionals.
In addition to his consulting and advisory work Jim has been actively working developing Self-Storage assets in around the Atlanta MSA. Jim feels strongly that current and long-term demographics coupled with the lack of newly built supply has created an amazing window of opportunity to develop more self-storage facilities.
