Jill is the CEO and Founder of KCO. Jill’s vast experiences includes time spent with the New York State Senate Finance Committee and in Marketing with an International Publisher as well as executive recruiting for the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries. Jill runs the overall strategic direction of KCO as well as oversees all the major functional
areas of the business, Marketing, Client Relations, Operations, Finance, Administration, and HR. Jill is a frequently requested speaker for conventions and conferences for her expertise in recruiting, hiring, and candidate process management for growing and start-up operations. Jill also serves as a member of an advisory board for a growing Cheese Manufacturing company. A native of the Capital Region, Jill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University at Albany and attended the University of Colorado, School of Law. Jill and her husband Ryan currently reside in Clifton Park, NY with their son.
