Jill is a first-generation immigrant in the US, she has over 15 years of corporate experience managing a diverse book of projects and clients in Healthcare and other industries. Jill obtained her Executive Master in
Business Administration from Zicklin School of business and traveled to South Africa to consult for non-for-profits and for-profit organizations as part of the final project. Her father was an OBGYN and her brother followed in his steps as well. Via Healthfirst, a $10B in revenue non-for-profit manage care organization. Jill spent 8 years of her life working with the underserved population in New York City, navigating with them the complex world of healthcare and insurance. She also expanded and managed the network of Federally Qualified Health Centers and Diagnostic and Treatment Centers which are addressing the gap in care and social determinants of this vulnerable population.
In 2017 Jill Co-Founded Salud Quisqueya an organization that provided health insurance advice for patients that were seeking care in the US or patients that needed to travel abroad for care. Jill continues to do this pro-bono.
In 2020 Jill Co-founded DocDomi. 10 years have passed since Jill arrived permanently in the US and all the advancement in technology to improve access and availability in care, still misses the mark in localizing healthcare and for doctors to understand the cultural nuances that impact and affect the experience of the patient as well as the health outcomes.
Jill expanded her knowledge from healthcare to the world of technology by joining a boutique product consulting firm on Wall Street. She is well-versed in cutting-edge technologies, enabling ongoing competitiveness in different markets. Jill is hungry and compassionate, a tough leader who is highly goal-oriented and strives to inspire those who work alongside her to find their strengths and push the way forward.
Jill has a 14-year-old daughter, a 1-year-old beagle, and loves sci-fi novels and gaming consoles.
In her many roles, she always addresses challenges with a positive attitude. Her adaptability and accountability are true trademarks of her commitment and success.
