Jerry is a veteran attorney with almost 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer, entrepreneur, sports agent and co-founder of Drive Safely Corporation – a tech company that developed, marketed and licensed software to prevent texting and driving.
At Patient iP Jerry has oversight for the company’s partnership strategies, assesses and manages
corporate responsibility, supervises the disposition of legal matters, and ensures that the company is compliant with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Jerry’s career began in the public sector: first as a Confidential Law Clerk to 11 judges in a New York State Appellate Court, followed by working as Erie County Assistant District Attorney responsible for prosecuting criminals charged with the most serious felonies. Jerry left the DA’s Office to become a Senior Trial Partner in one of the Country’s largest personal injury law firms, personally responsible for recovering hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of catastrophically injured victims.
Jerry received his B.S. in Biology, B.A. in History with a minor in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and went on to obtain his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Jerry is active in multiple civic organizations and charities, including the Boy Scouts of America.
