If you need someone to energize the workplace, Jerilyn is ready to lead the charge. An adventure-loving rollercoaster fanatic who has been hang gliding, zip lining and alligator handling, Jerilyn enjoys trying new things.
That interest in new skills plays well in Jerilyn’s role as VP of Talent and Culture as she frequently finds herself meeting
new people, learning about a broad spectrum of functions and thinking about new possibilities. While she admits to being high energy and “wired to go,” she is happy to sit down and listen to associates. Jerilyn enjoys teaching others and helping them achieve their goals.
In addition to her role at Nomaco, Jerilyn also teaches part-time for Duke University, serves on the Board for the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Advisory Board for the North Carolina Society of Human Resources Management.
Originally from Niles, Ohio, Jerilyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and a master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from Ohio State University.
