Jens leads the IOTA Foundation’s work to integrate Distributed Ledger Technology (the Tangle) within trade and supply chains – collaborating with both public and private partners. He brings 20 years of international experience working for established firms, consultancies, and NGOs. He has created partnerships in global trade and build new venture
start-ups. Jens is an expert advisor on Trade and Distributed Ledger Technology supporting the UK Parliament, World Economic Forum and corporates. He has taken up positions in corporate strategy/business development/sustainability and as an intrapreneur and entrepreneur. Jens is also a pioneer in building public-private partnerships to enable better trade for all, including the co-founder of the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation (www.tradefacilitation.org) and the Logistics Emergency Teams with World Food Programme.
