ERP and financial technology.
Jens has teamed with many talented entrepreneurs to build, scale and internationalize companies in the enterprise and consumer markets, both bootstrapped and funded. He has provided operational leadership contributing to the Nasdaq IPO and subsequent exit of Showcase (acquired by SPSS), the Nasdaq IPO and subsequent exit of Retek (acquired by Oracle), and the acquisition of SwissRisk by a European family office.
Before joining Kennet in 2015 Jens was a technology investment banker with Corporate Finance Partners and Torch Partners, where he advised technology business owners and management teams on a range of transaction types including fund-raising and M&A, as well as general corporate and financial strategy.
