I am a private equity investor, GP, and platform builder with over $6B in closed transaction value across 60+ technology and software investments, spanning lower to mid-market. I have scaled mission-critical companies and investment funds through proprietary origination, deal execution, strategic M&A, operational transformation, and principled
leadership.
Today, I am building a differentiated investment platform where AI transformation, M&A expertise, and entrepreneurs co-create alongside strategically aligned capital. I lead end-to-end deal processes from sourcing through diligence, negotiation, and integration; build deep relationships across the AI and technology ecosystem; and design proprietary M&A strategies with founders and corporate conglomerates that drive transformational outcomes.
I believe private equity must evolve from extractive to co-creative, harnessing technology, aligned capital, and principled leadership to guide AI’s integration into business and society.
Previously at Vista Equity Partners, Francisco Partners, and K1 Investment Management, I originated and executed platform investments and led post-close M&A strategies. As a departmental head at Vista and FP, I built and institutionalized firmwide origination engines powered by process, data, and AI, and coached high-performance teams to best-in-class practices. My work included guiding post-close M&A for billion-dollar portfolio companies such as Boomi, BeyondTrust, Forcepoint, and GoTo, as well as closing 20+ lower mid-market and mid-market transactions in vertical software, healthcare, fintech, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Earlier at Internet Brands, I served as Head of M&A Execution and Integration and Chief Compliance Officer, operating as the in-house M&A lead for a PE-backed platform (KKR, Hellman & Friedman, JMI). I executed and integrated 40+ acquisitions, including joint ventures and carveouts, and developed integration playbooks that generated multimillion-dollar annual synergies. Notable transactions included diligence on the $2.8B take-private of WebMD, the $1.1B sale of Internet Brands to KKR, the carveouts and joint ventures with Henry Schein, Intuit, DealerTrack (now Cox Automotive), Bertelsmann, and LexisNexis (Reed Elsevier). During my tenure, the platform grew from a $640M take private valuation to a $1.1B sale to KKR, and later a reported $12B minority recapitalization with Warburg Pincus, reinforcing my belief in disciplined capital allocation, vertical M&A, and operational excellence as the foundation for long term compounding value.
