My career began in finance and wealth management at UBS while at university. Early on, I was given the opportunity to establish distribution networks for consumer products in developing markets. New World Markets was born out of this experience in 2008 with the intention to expand the scope and depth of my professional relationships.
While
pursuing an MBA, I was privileged to be mentored by the Chief Strategy Officer of Coca Cola who opened my world to a burgeoning area in their supply chain pertaining to feedstock programs for their PlantBottle initiative. It is through this effort that I learned about agriculture and understood the impact it would have on the world and the proper support that was needed.
After my MBA, I was fortunate enough to join Capgemini Consulting, where I was recognized as its North American Thought Leader on Recycled and Alternative Plastics. After advising on large supply chains for several years, I relocated to Aruba, where I advised the government on impact-driven projects and helped launch multiple companies along the way.
By 2014, I was advising AgTech companies across the USA, and it is through this effort that I was introduced to the technology and service providers focused on the cash crop many people call hemp and cannabis.
Since 2015, I have been honored to have served as a trusted advisor to some of the largest supply chains in hemp and cannabis. Although my focus for the past five years has primarily been in California, I am excited that I am able to advise on various national and international expansion programs and platforms that I believe will be helpful and significant to the agricultural industry.
