Jeff Wolfe graduated from the Management and Technology program at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned an engineering degree from the Moore School of Engineering and a business degree from the Wharton School. While at Penn, he specialized in the Management of Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After completing his degree, he
spent several years in Washington D.C. developing strategic information technology plans for complex government organizations, including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Department of Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Jeff Wolfe later moved to his hometown of Los Angeles where he managed large technology organizations as part of the executive team at two Internet companies, Citysearch and Overture. In each case, Jeff Wolfe was instrumental in the development of best practices for managing the rapidly changing technological environment, helping those two organizations succeed during their transition from "start-ups" to more mature publicly traded companies.
