Jeff Wiener joins Eos to build and scale the brand globally, finding new opportunities, markets and applications for the company’s energy storage solutions. Jeff comes to Eos following 36 years at General Electric, working across the Industrial, Aircraft and Power divisions. After joining the corporation as an engineer for steam and gas turbine
systems, Jeff rose through the ranks at GE to become a manager of their Military Development Test Facility and Gas Turbine Combustion Labs. In 2000 Jeff assumed the role of Global Sales Director at GE Hydro. In 2004 he became Global Sales Director for GE’s rapidly-growing Wind Services Business, helping to develop it from startup to over $500M in revenue. Jeff’s most recent position with GE was Global Sales Director for their Energy Storage Business, where he put over 50MW of commercial-scale storage projects into operation. Jeff is a graduate of Tulane University, where he received his Mechanical Engineer degree.
