Mr. Spence is an experienced telecommunications solutions executive with 32 years experience in the telecommunications and cable television industry. Jeff most recently served as Vice President of Cable Engineering for Avenue Broadband Communications, a mid-size telecommunications firm focused on smaller market and rural telecommunications
markets. Mr. Spence was instrumental in developing a regional fiber optic network serving large parts of Indiana and Illinois. Prior positions held include: Vice President Cable Engineering: Rifkin & Associates, Denver, CO and Vice President Cable Engineering: Time Warner Cable, Green Bay, WI Division. Mr. Spence started in the industry as an installer / technician. He has acquired extensive experience in project management, RF design, fiber optics design, data networking, and construction. Mr. Spence studied electrical engineering at the University of Oklahoma.
