Jeff Sica is an experienced wealth management professional who serves as CIO at SICA Wealth Management (SWM) and Circle Squared Alternative Investments. He founded SWM in 2010 and has since curated a clientele of high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. Jeff Sica leverages more than 20 years of financial advisory experience to
implement and execute alternative investment strategies on behalf of these clients.
Seeking to create new avenues through which his clients could invest, Jeff Sica founded Circle Squared in 2014 and has since facilitated in excess of $1 billion worth of transactions in alternative investment vehicles such as Broadway shows, films, technology start-ups, and real estate projects. In recent years, Jeff Sica has helmed investment efforts on projects including The MC Hotel and City Line West, the latter of which is a Class A, 144-unit apartment complex featuring Smart Home technology. Circle Squared also collaborated with the Hampshire Cos. and Claremont to develop 10,000 square feet of retail space and 163 apartment units collectively known as The Rivet in Jersey City.
Mr. Sica’s success with Circle Squared was recognized this year when he was named to the NJBIZ Commercial Real Estate Power 50, ranking eighth on the list of industry leaders in New Jersey. Noting that he “never stops,” the journal described his role as a trusted matchmaker who connects developers with equity partners to get projects built.
In addition to leading the aforementioned businesses, Jeff Sica is a well-known personal finance commentator who has been a regular guest on Fox Business since 2009. He also publishes the "Sound Off" column for Forbes and has been featured in several print publications, including The Street, Thomson Reuters, and The Wall Street Journal.
Mr. Sica worked in executive capacities at AG Edwards and Wachovia/Wells Fargo Advisors prior to launching his own wealth management and investment firms. Outside of his professional pursuits, he serves on the advisory board for the Center for Real Estate of the Rutgers School of Business and was a member of the 2014 NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee.
