Mr. Shaffer has more than 35 years of experience in the energy business. The bulk of his career, 28 years, was spent with Koch Industries where he was involved in all levels of light products marketing and trading including time in London and Singapore. After retiring from Koch, Mr. Shaffer worked at Merrill Lynch, Enterprise Products and
Multifuels L.P. At Merrill Lynch, he was involved in helping the bank optimize and leverage its physical trading capabilities and at Enterprise, Mr. Shaffer was Vice President of the Refined Products supply and marketing business as well as all unregulated product assets. Mr. Shaffer graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors of Science degree.
